CAPP has a worldwide network authorized pipette service providers to assist you on all your pipette service and calibration needs.
Accurate pipettes, like the ones manufactured by CAPP, should be serviced and calibrated preventively, on a periodical basis.
The recommended frequency of preventive calibration is at least once a year.
Our authorized service providers are trained to perform inspection, service, repair and calibration of our products. We recommend the use of original spare parts supplied by CAPP only.
